Job Requirement

• Analyze appropriate data to prepare the schedules, plans and forecast.
• Continually monitor and review plans and make adjustments in the event of unforeseen circumstances
• Reconcile variances from original plans and maintain a view of actual against forecast projection
• Continually review ways in which to make improvements and make the capacity planning process more efficient
• Communicate / liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers on forecast, demand changes and ensure efficient resource utilization
• External supply chain acumen – basic understanding of customers, products, suppliers and respond to external changes which aligns to management expectations.
• Using data from input, outputs and mechanics for planning analysis and driving execution effectively to achieve established metrics.
• Possess basic knowledge in using essential planning tools and systems.
• Understanding expectations of key Xilinx planning stakeholders and performing within area-of-responsibility.

Additional skillset :

• Excel Macro and SQL Knowledge, Tableau
• Planning Knowledge and ability to converse in mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

Education Requirements

• Degree in Engineering Field

Years of Experience

• 2-3 years
