Managing, guiding and motivate the sales & marketing team members to perform the below duties.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

  • Lead, motivate and manage sales team to achieve target as well as mid term and long term goals.
  • Ensure achievement of the individual sales target on monthly basis.
  • Participate in business tenders/projects.
  • Take corrective measurement for under-performance account with the concern sales person.
  • Ensure the team complies to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Customer & Sales Orientated

  • To have the team based on their respective account, to maintain and provide excellent customer service with regular contacts with architects, designers, contractors and traders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop long term relationship with current and prospective customers.
  • Initiate to assess customer requirements, dedication and feedback.
  • Provide consultative selling to customers, include making decision on substitute or alternative article based on the proposed products.
  • Lead the team in preparation of the sample(s) as per client’s request.
  • Periodic Visitations, once in 45 or 90 days depending to key and potential clients.
  • Daily marketing visitations will be required to touch base with clients and understand needs, trends and market information.
  • Response to emails promptly. This includes individual sales person’s emails during their Out of Office period or absence.
  • Visit overseas customers, if required.
  • Have Sales Coordinator collating all the quotations sent to clients and have individual sales follow up with their clients. In the peridoics, Immediately after quotation sent, if it is not a tender, after 1 week, subsequent follow up will be every 2 weeks. If it is still under going tender process, timeline could be every 3 weeks to follow up.
  • Confirming that sales captured are recorded in respective accounts correctly which is preapred by the sales coordinator.

Market and Business Growth

  • Identify, develop and evaluate sales and marketing strategies to align with Company’s brand positioning, direction and growth.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Search for Business Leads through BCi, Google, newsletter signing up to gain updates on latest interior design updates. Keeping a look out for new (upcoming) developments such as residential and hospitality properties. Commercial projects such as show flats and office renovation.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Enhancing on business leads through research on Architects Association and Contractors Association.

Digital Marketing

  • Explore how digital marketing will help to increase sales and market share.
  • Team lead for Business Development / Marketing for potential businesses, digital traffic, responses from visitors.
  • Manage digital business online platforms e.g. Google Business, LinkedIn, SendIn Blue.


  • Leader, Motivator, Guider, Team Orientated, Technology savvy, Statistician, Business Sense.
  • Prepare marketing report with statistical support and analyze sales trends, market situation and competitors' products.
  • Providing feedback on improving product packaging; coordinating new products development with Supply Chain Department.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Department on multiple topics such as project pricing, lead time, inventory planning, new products development, packaging presentation of company collaterals.
  • Review and approve quotations which required more discounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
  • Able to travel overseas.
  • Able to drive.
  • Able to work out of office hours.
  • Singaporean only.
