RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Temp Junior Officer to be part of a team responsible for Accounts Payable Shared Services processing for A*STAR Research Entities. You will need to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in accordance with financial policies and procedures and service level agreements (SLAs) set. Other duties include preparing withholding tax submission, monthly accruals, providing updates for monthly performance and analysis reports and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a shared services environment
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
• A self-driven individual, who works effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
