Overview of the role

Healint is looking for a Senior Devop Engineer to support the development of future features for our users as well as clients. As a Devop Engineer, you’ll be working primarily in AWS and terraform. Healint is the developer of the MigraineBuddy App with more than 300 million tracked migraine days and 2.6 million registered users.
You will be working along-side other developers and engineers to define and ship new integration experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will:

• Optimize usage of AWS services
• Suggest and implement the most appropriate service for new features
• Apply security best practices to the infrastructure
• Automate the deployment of the infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize user experience and performance of our web and native projects

Requirements
To succeed in this role:

• You will be very fluent in manipulating the main AWS concepts (IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, ...)
• You will be well versed in the art of infrastructure as code and devop practices
• You’ll be mindful of the potential impact of any technical choices/decisions
• You will chase any inefficiency in our infrastructure deployment

Bonus Points:

• Any AWS certification (except cloud practitioner) would be ideal
• Extensive knowledge of terraform or at least cloud formation
• Experience in managing java backend
