About the role:

10x is seeking a Senior/ Document Control Specialist to be part of the Document Control Team. Document Control at 10x is responsible for administration of the PLM system and ensuring documentation is governed for the development and manufacturing of highly technical and complex products.

The individual applying for this position must be attentive to details, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the capacity to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is familiar with processes in a Life Science consumables production environment and will interact with different stakeholders in operation to advocate for documentation and quality requirements. The Documentation Control Specialist must be eager to learn, driven to grow, and excel in communication to successfully contribute to the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Manage, improve and maintain the Change Management and record management process.
• Administrate Engineering Change Orders in PLM following documentation workflow, including document, item and BOM changes.
• Collaborate with global Document Control team and other business cross functional team in implementing changes.
• Edit and check formatting content of submitted documentation.
• Support new product transfer- item creation and ERP setup, manage change order timelines
• Manage qualification protocol and report number issuance, approval and record management.
• May assist in writing production batch records and work instructions.
• File documentation/ records generated during various processes according to record retention policies.
• Review and approve completed production batch records.
• Create and issue CoC for finished product.
• Manage and maintain training database, matrix, and training records documentation.
• Conduct training for new users on PLM.
• Generate data from PLM and ERP to support data analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audits backroom support.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a production, scientific or engineering discipline
• 3+ years experience in developing and/or manufacturing products in the life science or Pharmaceutical /Medical Device
• 5+ years experience in a similar role in Document Control or QA environment
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
• Good knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Suite
• Advanced experience with PLM software
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Work Location: Kallang Way
