Reporting to General Manager, Human Resources, this role is expected to manage, propose and implement policies related to Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management System and Global Mobility in Singapore and Asia Pacific region to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business operations, organizational strategy and HR strategy. This candidate will also lead and oversee the Compensation & Benefits team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, propose and implement salary, bonus, incentives and other compensation policies, and ensure the policies are reviewed regularly against market practice
• Develop, propose and implement benefits programs including timely review and update of programs or policies are aligned to HR and Organization Strategy
• Ensure Performance Management system and policy are reviewed and implemented in timely manner and relevant HR tools are aligned to policy and practice
• Review and manage Overseas Assignment policies, and oversee Expatriates and Overseas Assignment matters in Singapore
• Oversee HR operations outsource vendors for Singapore companies are smooth which includes develop and maintain SOP, and ensure outsourcers comply fully with the SOP
• Provide consultations to Business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to support HR policies establishment in Singapore companies
• Advise and provide consultations on Compensation & Benefits to Asia Pacific affiliates
• Lead, manage and oversee the Compensation & Benefits team in Singapore and ensure high level of professional services
• To support HQ in Japan on global Compensation projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
• At least 10 years working experience with minimum of 8 years’ specialization in Compensation & Benefits
• Prior working experience with HR Consultancy for Compensation & Benefits work will be advantageous
• Self-motivated, independent, resourceful and meticulous
• Team player with ability to multitask
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
