• Manages full spectrum of daily HR activities for headcount of 100 in construction environment.
• Ensuring, revising and implementing HR policy in accordance with the Employment Act.
• To advise staff on HR policy, assist other departments and manage HR operations like recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling, performance management.
• Support other departments to identify training needs, execute training plan, coordinate with relevant stakeholder to arrange training.
• Liaise with external stakeholders – government bodies, auditors, training providers, schools, insurance companies on various matters.
• Perform end to end monthly full payroll cycle for all staff.
• Timely submission of HR reports such as training, compliance, payroll summary, payroll variance, leave provisions, recruitment status reports to higher management.
• Maintain HR database and update employee records.
• Perform CPF submission, tax clearance and income tax submission tasks.
• Administer employee movement and leave application.
• Submit childcare, maternity, paternity claims and in-camp training makeup pay claims.
• Submit medical claims and staff insurance claims.
• Process work pass applications, renewal and cancellation.
