What will you do?

  • Drive engagement of App Annie products with existing clients with a particular focus on ensuring they derive value from their subscription
  • Lead the CSM team to deliver high value to our customers via;
  • Effective On-boarding process
  • Demos, email and in-person meetings and other engagement activities
  • Ongoing insight delivery campaigns
  • QBRs scheduled on an appropriate schedule depending on the customer
  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of highly motivated and talented CSMs
  • Maintain consistent coaching/mentoring of current CSM team on the product and mobile market
  • Implement & monitor Personal Development Plans
  • Develop and maintain account level evaluation measures of value and health, including the ones below, with appropriate alerts and intervention processes when action is needed
  • A system for measuring ongoing Customer Value based on analysis of App Annie metrics, ongoing point surveys and structured discussion in QBRs and other meetings
  • A regional NPS program. Identify strategies to improve NPS, turn around detractors and leverage promoters
  • Produce comprehensive weekly ongoing reporting on the regional account base
  • Forecast renewal and churn by account in Q and Q+1
  • Relationship strength (EB, Champion etc) per account
  • QBR schedule and tracking of engagement activity
  • Health and Value metrics per account
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams;
  • Product teamhelping to get customer feedback into our product roadmap
  • Marketingworking jointly with AMs to hold customer events to showcase the value of AA services and promote new products
  • Supportfor seamless communication with customers and prompt resolution of issues
  • R&Afor delivering vertical market insights to customers
  • Work closely with Regional TDs
  • Ensure that handovers for new customers from AEs are effective
  • Close cooperation between AMs and CSMs in line with the agreed playbook
  • Develop and implement best practice for CSM in APAC;
  • Coordinating with regional CSM leadership in AMER and EMEA
  • Learning from CSM best practice in the SaaS industry
  • Be part of the APAC Management Team and contribute to ongoing regional strategy and planning
  • Travel Required, customer visits are a part of delivering successful customer engagement


What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience in data-driven analysis in a consultative capacity is highly desired
  • Experience supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email, telephone and video
  • Business savvy attitude; with the ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
  • Data analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge of mobile data, app store knowledge, product methodology, and visualization tools
  • Passion for the mobile market and the growing app industry
