• Experienced in Database administration of 9i , 10g & 11g.
• Performing regular Apps DBA duties like Installation, patching, cloning , Sysadmin tasks and troubleshooting Oracle Applications ( eBusiness Suite ver. 11.5.9 to R12.2.4 )
• Familiar with AD Utilities adadmin, adpatch, admrgpch, adctrl, adautocfg etc.
• Experienced in Red Hat Linux System Administration.
• Applying RDBMS and Application patches
• Cloning using Rapid Clone.
• Applications sysadmin tasks like creating users and their responsibilities, Menus.
• Troubleshooting Login, Concurrent Processing.
• Planning for Backup and Recovery of database information and maintaining Hot Backups (Daily),
• Cold Backups (Weekly), Logical Backups using Exports and Imports.
• Good implementation knowledge on Oracle 11g/12c RAC
• Migration/upgrading of oracle database from 10g/11g to 12c/19C
• Must have handled large database above 10 TB.
• Willing to work on weekend.
• Provide core database administration in all aspects covering prod/UAT/SIT/dev environments.
• Perform RAC database upgrade (10g-11gr2, 11gr2 (11.2.0.2, 11.2.0.3)-11.2.0.4) activities.
• Maintain critical 24x7 production database and application to meet the service level agreement.
• Designing and implementation of the new architecture with 10g RAC / 11gr2 RAC
• Installed and patched Golden Gate 11.2 to the latest release.
• Good communication skill and customer handling capability.
• Make sure system and Oracle database security are not compromised with audited standard.
