Regional Office

• This role is responsible for controlling and accurate accounting of RO books of Med AP and enterprise groups hosted by Med AP that includes and not limited to successful execution of monthly and quarterly closing working in partnership with GS, BS COE(including Global Functions), Tax COE and CLS Finance
• Support business partners in the RO organization (VPs, Directors and Snr Directors) to enable proper recording of RO expenses through linking business requirements to accounting processes
• Support the establishment of an effective charge-in/out framework and allocation structure that takes into account tax optimization
• Cash flow analysis for RO MRC
• Provide insights to GS organization on intercompany charges-ins/outs

Financial Management

• Perform budget variance analysis
• Identify risks and opportunities and partner with members within the team supporting budget owners to meet financial commitments

CIPProcess improvements and Organization Optimization

• Effective collaboration with Global Services (GS) to achieve optimal service delivery on transaction accounting and book closing on RO MRC
• Driving and achieving efficiencies through continuous improvements on RO processes
• Partner with GS, BS COE, Tax COE and CLS Finance to optimize organization effectiveness through achieving clear R&R and enabling RO to achieve end-state organization as part of ESP design

Others

• Project support and activities
• Other ad-hoc activities (data gathering)

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years working experiences within FP&A or business partnering
• MBA / CPA is preferred
• The ability to accept and manage ambiguity and change.
• Strong framing and analytical skills are required.
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements is required.
• The ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines is required
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• A self-starter with strong influential skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver in complex environment and multiple stakeholders.
