JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION

• Provide end user support to internal users and external stakeholders.
• Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and reports.
• Participate in application testing and verification activities.
• Perform application and end-user devices deployment.
• Analyze, investigate and manage daily application issues.
• Involved in the requirements gathering, analysis, system integration test and user assisted testing.
• Conduct training and guidance for users on the use of the application.

JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT

Qualifications * NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Computing Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

• Good command of English, fluency in Mandarin due to close collaboration with Mandarin speaking counterpart in China.

Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies

• Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data retrieval and analysis as well as MySQL, MSSQL Database System is a must.
• Experience in IT Operation, Application Support and end user management is a plus.
• Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a bigger plus.
• Good analytical and organization skills.
• Self-motivated individual who is focus on objectives, work within timeline and have good teamwork attitude.
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
