1+ year experience as data analyst/business analyst
Good with handling large sets of data
Knowledge/experience with Python, SQL, MySQL, Machine Learning Frameworks. is a huge plus

The Job:
Summary
This is an exciting opportunity within the Analytics team of Operational Excellence . As an Analyst, you will be responsible for generating key insights from business data across key Business Verticals
You will be working with the Data Analytics Lead and other analysts in understanding the needs of our business stakeholders, identifying potential areas for leveraging data insights and machine learning applications to improve efficiency and productivity of the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with other sub-teams under the Performance Improvement and Digital Enablement team in engaging business stakeholders, understanding and distilling their user requirements, developing pragmatic solution options, and solving key pain points
Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather information such as process flow, pain points,
automation/ data requirements
Analyse and document business processes, and identify areas for improvement and
optimisation
Conduct post-implementation user testing, gather feedback
