Our Singapore office are looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Human Resources position to work in our Singapore HQ located at Telok Ayer Street.

We are looking to hire someone with experience in providing the following job roles in their current or previous employment. The role will include the following responsibilities.

  • Executive Assistant to Managing Director
  • Human Resources duties: EP Applications/Employment regulations
  • Staff Handbook : Creating/Maintaining HR documentation Termination/New Starter process
  • Knowledge on MOM/HR employment law
  • Weekly Reporting on performance metrics and time-management reports for clients
  • Organizing/Scheduling engineers to client sites
  • Arranging Staff Events/Team building
  • Consolidating monthly hours for EOM client statements
  • Monitoring Help-desk tickets and ensuring engineers are allocated tickets
  • Responsible for answering and transferring main line calls
  • Respond to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • This role will report directly to the Managing Director and should have strong communication, writing, presentation and organisational skills, combined with a strong work ethic.
  • The chosen candidate will possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Skills Required

  • Must be well organised, methodical in approach.
  • Strong communication skills - Team player
  • Strong in MS Office/Excel- Must have experience creating reports including macros/basic formulas
  • Experience dealing with IT Re-sellers/Distributors deemed advantageous
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Human Resources, Office management, EP applications, Calendar management, Scheduling, knowledge in Technology, Procurement, Reporting, Personal Assistant duties
