Assist Accounts Executive in the day-to-day accounting & admin functions; collection of money, data entry and checking on program subvention claims and, manage client data.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cash collection
• Prepare receipt voucher & summary
• Data entry of invoice/receipt
• ILTC portal subvention claim input
• ILTC portal client discharge
• Issue new receipt books, collection of used receipt books and documentation
• Program subvention data entry & checking
• Manage client data using inhouse system
• Follow-up with clients on outstanding cash collection arrangement

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "N" Level
• Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
• Preferably with professional training / qualification in accountancy
• Have a basic understanding of priorities and sense of urgency on day to day activities
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with team members and internal department
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Office

• Monday to Friday, office hours
