Key Responsibilities:

• Part of the regional PMO team reporting to head of PMO.
• End to end project management from initiation till closure under AML/ KYC/ Internal Fraud domain.
• Create and maintain the project plan and RAID log.
• Run weekly project status update meetings. Taking down the meeting minutes, action items and publishing to stakeholders and tracking the action items to closure.
• Run steering committee meetings and prepare the slide deck and take down minutes of meeting.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.
• Produce weekly status report and send to all project stakeholders.
• General control activities
  • Produce weekly control deck and chair weekly control meetings with the managers.
  • SQA activities for Project, Programs under the department and ensure Software Quality issues are followed up by the managers till closure.
  • EOVS tracking for applications under compliance technology.
  • Follow up on exceptions under management dashboard till closure.
• Support in preparing project update slides for senior management reporting.
• Contribute / implement initiatives to improve Project Management practice in department.
• Backup for other PMO tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Project Management
  • An understanding of project management life cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Power Point, MS Excel.
  • PMO experience
• Knowledge of PMP or Prince2 would be an advantage
