A well established company located at the west region has an opening for Shipping Executive/Shipping Assistant position.

Job Scopes :

1. Handle and coordinate all import and export shipments arranagment

2. Handle full spectrum of shipping documents including Letter of Credit, Payment, Telex trasfer, custom permits, certificate of origin, cargo insurance and familiar with all registering filing etc

3. Liaise with warehouse, suppliers, customers, bankers for all shipments related issues

4. Generate AR invoices from SAP Business One System

5. Follow up with customer on payment details

6. Declared inward and outward permits, arrange inspections and shipment insurance.

7. Prepared monthly shipping report and insurance declaration

8. Any other ad hoc duties assign

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in shipping
• Good Team Player
• Passed Customs Permit Declaration Test preferably
• Able start work immediately or within short period
• Must have iniatited and can work independently
• Good Following up skills
