• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Checking of Worker Daily Attendance
• Support operational staff by collecting workers’ MCs or supporting documents
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication

Job Requirement:

• Singaporeans Only
• Min of 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to start work immediately is highly recommended
• Proficient with computer - Microsoft Word
• Interests to learn & grow in Port Operation Sector

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Sat 8.30am - 1pm

Salary from $1,500 (Based on Experience)
