About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support the Customer Service Manager in managing over a 20 people strong Customer Service Team. Customer Service Specialist responsibilities include supervising and guiding Customer Service Agents on a daily basis and to be accountable for the team’s SLAs.


  • Develop a deep knowledge of all our products and best practices.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Support Customer Service Management to set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Support Customer Service Management to Create and implement standard operating procedures that will enhance the organization and departmental service delivery.
  • Supervise Customer Service Agents on a daily basis to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to properly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Admin Agents and take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities to achieve SLAs.
  • Support Brands team’s initiatives from customer service perspectives.
  • Provide feedback on performance of team members to Management for staff evaluation purposes.
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriate resolution of tickets by completing audits and QA reviews on a regular basis.
  • Plan monthly agent scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all channels and Brands to achieve SLAs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule depending upon department and business needs.


  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and being resourceful
  • Happy, warm and open personality
  • Independent yet a great team player
  • Min. 2 year of work experience in Customer Service
  • Team Lead experience a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Passionate about social media
