Roles & Responsibilities

Job purpose

A Finance Executive assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions such as invoices and payment as well as accounting ledgers.

Duties and responsibilities

As the Finance Executive is expected to perform the following duties:

• Assisting in the preparation of full set of accounts

• Managing records and receipts

• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

• Processing invoices

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process

• Providing customer service to internal clients

• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

• Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

HR Responsibilities

• Managing the payroll process by making note of month on month changes in employee salaries and creating the pay slips

• Coordinating and tracking the recruitment and interview process

• Assisting in onboarding new employees in Singapore

Prior Work Experience

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

The Finance Executive should possess

• A diploma/degree in Accountancy from a reputable school or

• ACCA / CPA certified would be preferred

• Experience in the Banking and Finance sector would be preferred

Skills
