Your responsibilities

• To create high performing teams for the innovation ventures and let them work as effectively as possible according to the PACE methodology
• To support the venture teams with internal and external networks and the ability to engage and commit senior managers as business sponsors
• To be the go-to sparring partner for the venture teams by applying the knowledge of the PACE methodology and of Lean start-up, Agile, and service design
• To actively support the venture teams with removing roadblocks and dealing with challenges
• To ensure that the venture teams share knowledge and learnings in such a way that knowledge will become active learning so there is a continuous improvement of our innovation effort
• Depending upon the level of proficiency, support easier or more complex teams and ventures

• Strong conceptual thinker with a master’s degree of a recognized university or similar level of thinking
• You are fluent in English
