Responsibilities:

• Review and familiarization of client specification and other relevant industry standards applicable to the job scope.
• Material receiving inspection to ensure compliance.
• Fit-up inspection i.e dimensional, joint geometry, orientation, correct materials and tagging as per approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and latest drawing.
• Coordinate to 3rdparty and Client representative for the inspection and testing.
• Monitor and ensure that only qualified welders are performing production welding.
• Final Weld visual inspection.
• Ensure that Non Destructive Test (NDT) as required is updated and completed.
• Punch listing of installed lines/structures.
• Witness pressure / pneumatic test.
• Update required Quality Verifying Documents (QVD).
• Perform other activities as per instruction from QC Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Petrochemical Company
• Visual Inspection Certificate / AWS QC1 or CSWIP 3.1 (Advantage)
• MT, PT, RT, UT Level II as per SNT-TC-1A (Advantage)
