Role : Senior Manager - Business Relationship

Job Location : Singapore

Experience : 8 - 12 years

Primary Duties

  • Successful delivery of enabling technologies, tools and processes by; facilitating analysis of processes, problems and opportunities, acting in partnership with the business, advocating for the business and translating business language to others in the organization
  • Actively engage with stakeholders in both the business and IT groups to gain and maintain awareness of ongoing strategic initiatives & new features
  • Actively communicate with business partners, other vendors and promote positive relationships
  • Represent and serve as the principal point of contact for assigned market/ business unit(s) on all GWT 3.0 development efforts
  • Lead discovery efforts on ideas requested from Market through problem definition, high level impact and gap analysis
  • Assist in the development of the business case to support market’s technology needs
  • Work with the Technical Architects, Platform team, Document lifecycle Manager and Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and procedures for all processes in the supported market/ business unit(s)

· Conduct demos, training sessions & education series for new features/initiatives with markets

  • Collaborate with local digital agencies to assess new requirements, identify standardization opportunities, provide best path to recommendation and implement the recommendations
  • Establish and maintain baselines of GWT 3.0 platform and other technology and process states, and maintain understanding of in-flight and proposed project work
  • Become proficient with all software applications (from other vendors) utilized by the supported market
  • Steward the project request and approval process for the assigned market and make sure they are aligned with the overall objectives of the GWT 3.0 platform

· Pro-actively challenge requirements and recommend digital solutions to better deliver project and business objectives

  • Actively engage with the PMs, Platform & M&S Teams on successful project launches, holistic requirements definition, project issue resolution, project risk mitigation and overall quality assurance
  • Plan for and manage project activities to ensure business readiness (including training) as part of project implementations
  • Prepare user acceptance test plans, engage appropriate users and oversee execution of user acceptance testing

· Collaborate with Analytics team to implement solutions in Analytics space like reporting, dashboards etc.


  • Good understanding of working in multi-vendor environment for a global MNC.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skill required
  • Ability to effectively communicate at management and executive levels
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution skills with the ability to effectively communicate persuasively
  • Ability to develop clear and compelling business cases
  • Possess excellent listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Expertise in the functional processes and IT systems utilized in the business areas they represent
  • Knowledge of IT and data management concepts and strategies
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to promote a team environment
  • Strategic thinking skills, consultant mindset
  • Availability for up to 10% travel


· Experience in the delivery of digital initiatives, experience managing 3rd party vendors / agencies.

· A good understanding of platforms like CMS, Email Marketing and Webinar delivery platforms.

· Proven track record in leading digital / digital marketing projects

· Proven track record in managing large multichannel marketing projects

· Monitor performance and share trends


· Platform enhancements

· Regular M&S release work

o Ticket prioritization

o Managing backlogs

o UAT approvals


· Machine Learning implementation and reporting

· New site launches

· SSO with Shopify sites

· Misc Projects like ‘Baby Name’ tool, ‘OTP integration’ with SMS Vendor, etc.

· SSO with external platform i.e. Advocacy

· Collaborate with Eplison team and local market agency for CRM campaigns

· Data analytics and mining related request

· Mob App project (less involvement)

· Optimization stream related to improve acquisition, engagement and NUA (e-com/DTC)

· Site tagging related requests

· Kiss Metrics tagging
