Bookkeeping

  • Bank & credit card reconciliation
  • Gift card analysis and reconciliation
  • Balance reconciliation
  • Accounts payable
  • Stock bookings and intercompany transactions
  • Routines for fixed asset bookings and depreciation calculations
• Initiate and carry out general ledger bookings
• Work in accordance to VAT, Corporate Tax & Withholding Tax rule
• Cash Management

Colleagues

• Work with managers and colleagues in the accounting department and from other functions in a professional way
• Train colleagues when needed
• Participate in mandatory training
• Maintain contact with other accounting departments and functions within
• Be professional at all times
• Maintain a good atmosphere in the team

Efficiency

• Carry out the work in the most efficient way to keep costs low and maximise output
• Takes own initiative to improve and maintain the work in the accounting department
• Make sure to acquire knowledge to be able to be efficient
• Communicate well with people to solve things in an efficient way

Your skills and background:

• Have a degree within accounting or finance
• CPA certification is a plus
• Junior professional with 13 years of experience
• Have a great interest in accounting and constantly improving ways of working
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with other functions
• Understand the legal obligations regarding national laws and regulations
• Works in an organised manner and can multi-task
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Service minded
