Job Responsibilities:
1. StakeholderRelationship Management
a. Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demandsrequiring technology or
operations enablement /solution
b. Prioritize business requests and co-create Business Roadmap with business segments
c. Supports Biz T&O Head for project pipeline, pre-project planningactivities, QR prioritization
d. Supports effective business change by building relationships withbusiness leaders,
technology and operationalbusiness partners
2. High Level Solutioning
a. Develop high-level solution to illustrate feasibility of achievingtarget business outcomes
b. Aligning high-level solution with organizational technology roadmapand strategy working in
consultation with enterprisearchitecture and business technology services teams
c. Work effectively with the business users and internal technology teamsto ensure all aspects
of the business requirement isdefined and analysed
d. Initiate the implementation plan for Group T&O projects. This willinclude all activities that the business needs to do to prepare for newoperation process and technical components.
3. Change Implementation Planning& Management
a. Undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives. Defining overallconsiderations,
including scalability, maintainability, cost,operations and technology principal risk to provide
a recommendation
b. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teamsincluding business analysts,
solution architect, business technology servicesteams, and testing teams to define/clarify
requirements
c. Work with business technology servicesteam on the smooth delivery of the solution
d. Review Test Strategy, help plan and support the user acceptancetesting and help address
any issues. Ensures that there is a businessperspective on how the new operations and
technical capabilities will be delivered to thebusiness.
e. Spot potential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose riskmitigation strategies.
4. Managing RUN
a. Manage the communication and regular updates to business stakeholderson critical
production incidents andproblems impacting customer and business operations
b. Lead the regular review with business on system stability,responsiveness, production
incident, problem ticketsincluding identification of root cause.
c. Track for continuous improvement. Ensure early identification andresolution of challenges
impacting BAU systems.
d. Monitoring the fulfilment of service levels between GTO and thebusiness segments and
highlighting required actionsto close gaps where needed
5. Sustainable Improvements
a. Build a sustainable process for measuring benefits to ensure T&Oresources are aligned to
business initiatives whichprovide the highest ROI.
b. Improve systems by studying current practices; designingmodifications.
Job Requirements:
TechnicalSkills & Experience
Strong business domain knowledge in banking
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving andprocess design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meetbusiness objectives
Understanding of technology and operationalprocesses across functions / departments in the bank/market.
Familiar with change management processes andproject management fundamentals
Passionate, diligent and resilient individual withability to thrive in ambiguity
Experience in scoping and evaluation Defining overallconsiderations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations andtechnology principal risk to provide a recommendation
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking and/orconsulting experience
