Your Role and Responsibilities
Countries of focus : Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
  • To thoroughly understand customers’ business needs in order to present and communicate Digital Business Automation features and benefits for solution selling to support the business needs
  • Assist prospects and partners in developing a need for DBA solutions while working with Technical Account Manager to communicate product features, suitability and application requirements.
  • Manage the business development and sales process through product procurement, formulate responses to customer requests and conduct contract discussions and negotiations, articulate complex technology and software solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Comfortable working on global and local accounts independently and produce results in a timely fashion
  • Prior knowledge on DBA (workflow, content, rules, advanced capture and robotic process automation is a advantage)
  • Manage Weekly Business Forecast and development GTM plans relevant for DBA Asean5 market is an advantage
  • Ability to conduct discovery workshop, understanding design thinking is an advantage

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of software selling experience in enterprise sale and/or BFSI, Govt, Telco is preferred.
  • Have a strong prospecting and territory development skills and be able to think strategically about growing a territory.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the sales process from qualification to close, listen to business problems and develop software solutions.
  • Possess can-do attitude.
  • Sales experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia preferred.
  • Previously working experience in a brand-name international technology or consulting company is an advantage.
  • Highly self-directed, motivated and positive individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills
