The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

|Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
|Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
|Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
|Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
|Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
|Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Requirement:
|Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager
|Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
|Google Ads Certified preferred
|Experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
|Possess great problem solving skills
|Strong passion in Media/Online Marketing solutions
|Prior Agency experience on digital ads management will be preferred
|Since rotation is a compulsory policy in our company, applicants should be open to rotate to other positions.

Incentive package:
· Base salary + Additional 12 times Increment chance in a year if you have top performance
