Job Description

is looking for a Team Lead to join the Ticketing Product team! Our team focuses on the product concerns for ’s core product: The Support Ticket. We are a full-stack team responsible for making sure admins, agents and end-users alike are capable of communicating easily and safely through ’s ticketing process. Along with building new features for our customers, our job is to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable and fast.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small and growing team. You will utilize both your leadership and your technical expertise to guide and enable the team of hardworking engineers. Your job will include managing your team’s health and meeting regularly 1 on 1 to mentor and coach your team members. You will empower and collaborate with the team to build and design services to support ’s largest customers. You will also work closely with Design and Product to plan your teams projects.

  • Practical web development skills you are able to apply in a large, well-established code ecosystem.

  • Experience managing and leading software engineering teams

  • Strong technical skills, and experience working on fullstack systems

  • Systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive

  • A passion for sustaining a healthy and effective work environment

  • Curiosity in technology and customer discovery. You want to know everything about our product and how it runs so you can help deliver the best experience possible to our customers. You see knowledge gaps as an opportunity to learn not an area to avoid.
