What you will be responsible for:
Strategic lead on all aspects of brand marketing and communications strategy that comes through the International pillar. Develop strategies and platforms for integrated campaigns – product launches and brand development projects
Work hand-in-hand with the respective brand leads and teams to drive the business
Have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day strategic projects on this pillar, new business and support other pillars when necessary
Play a role in client engagement and relationship building based on an agreed upon contact strategy
Understand and identify issues to define key opportunities for clients to drive effective use of global and regional platforms, and build local initiatives to energise brand-consumer relationships
Design approaches for collection and analysis of market data, category intelligence and product knowledge to develop core propositions that identify and resolve business and communication issues
Analyze effectiveness of communications to learn and optimise for on-going projects and build this into overall planning
Build engagement strategies to meet clients’ business and communication objectives. This includes channel planning, messaging framework, platform architecture and measurement matrix
Lead social, digital and data strategy for the brand and subsidiaries to build a fully integrated strategic ecosystem for the business
Accountable for the quality of all strategy work
Introduce and integrate new skills around the brand business and operationalize this strategically
Mentor and support strategists within the broader strategy department
