Job Description Sales and Customer Service
  • Ring sales orders into cash register accurately and return change to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Assist in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide efficient and friendly service standards at all times.
  • Answer telephone and face-to-face customer queries politely.
  • Respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation.
  • Handle all food and beverage items during preparation.
  • Sell and serve food to customers.
Store Operations
  • Assist in weekly scheduling of staffs according to the labour guidelines and fluctuation in sales.
  • Check display Take Home Pack on sale.
  • Documents and complete shift reports and register readings during shift.
  • Ensure adequate manning in each station.
  • Initiate, co-ordinate and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Deposit sales monies / cash into the bank and bring change back if necessary.
  • Tally daily float amount.
  • Process payroll information, including timecard and other personnel forms.
  • Perform opening / closing shifts and handover / takeover of shifts.
  • Perform thorough housekeeping.
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers for retail outlet requirements.
  • Perform daily inventory check to ensure maintenance of par stock.
  • Receive and properly retail outlet supplies from the central kitchen or suppliers by verifying against delivery sheets and Delivery Order (DO) sheets.
  • Correct any operational inconsistency.
  • Order and maintain acceptable par stock level.
  • Report and change the working environment to minimize employee accidents and potential safety hazards.
  • Routinely clean Counter Area, Dining Area, Cashier Area, Barista Area & Kitchen Area, etc.
  • Verify and submit staffs attendance on a timely manner.
Employee Development
  • Assist in the training of new employees and trainees.
  • Coach, counsel and discipline employees.
  • Delegate duties to all staffs.
  • Monitor and evaluate job performance.
  • Motivate staffs to maintain and serve consistent quality products at all times.
  • Lead by exemplary action.
  • Perpetuate company philosophy and culture.
Product Knowledge
  • Educating all staffs on all products and services.
  • Maintain set standard of quality and consistency of products.
  • Oversee drink-making and ensure that only consistent quality products and drinks are served.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP) for all food & beverage items.
Store Presentation
  • Maintain a comfortable and conducive retail outlet.
  • Follow guidelines on music.
  • Keep floor dry and free of litter.
  • Keep tables clear of trays

Job Requirements
  • Good integrity and personality
  • Able to lead a service team and manage operations in outlet
  • Good experience in inventory control for restaurant
  • At least 2 years of working experience F&B / Hospitality industry
