Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure-related Data Centre/Network projects and services
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Centre (DC) and manage the life-cycle of related DC hardware, systems and equipment
Ensure data centre operation and safety procedures are enforced, including incident management and escalation processes
Perform annual capacity review for the Data Centre and the required works to ensure sufficient capacity
Provide support for DDI (DNS, DHCP and IPAM) services
Provide support for Structured Network Cabling, IP Telephony System, Campus wireless and wired network infrastructure
Manage contractors and ensure proper execution of maintenance services
Requirement
At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience
Relevant qualification in Computer Science/ Infocommunications/ Networking or related disciplines
Candidate should preferably be CCNA certified
Candidate should possess relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
Environment and Energy Efficiency Monitoring
DDI (DNS, DHCP and IPAM) Services Support
Structured cabling support
IP Telephony System support
Wireless and wired network support
