JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Budgets and Sales

  • set operating goals and objectives
  • analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
  • establish and implement financial controls
  • implement and oversee cost cutting measures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Minimum schooling

  • Secondary School English and Math
EXPERIENCE

Management experience in a multi-venue, high volume environment specialising in casual fine dining including wine service, elevated cocktails and eclectic spirits.

NUMBER OF YEARS

Minimum 5 years in a senior management role

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Working alone in a busy environment
  • Singly running the bar throughout shift

  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
