This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) function in the Finance department.
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly AP closing and reporting for various accounting entities within the business unit, including the review of invoices, journal vouchers, schedules, batch payments, staff claims and close adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.

• Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.

• Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant hands-on working experience, preferably in AP.

• Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge in SFRS.

• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.

• You should be mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
