To carry out a plan preventive maintenance work & corrective action in hospital, medical centre & other associated business unit of hospital & the scope of work covering the building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment & other associated building maintenance work. Key accountabilities 1. To perform a plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by supervisor.
2. To troubleshoot electrical fault & reinstate the power supply & equipment back to normalcy.
3. To troubleshoot air-conditioning fault & reinstate the air-conditioning back to normal operations.
4. To carry out repair of water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system & other related facilities equipment. Qualifications & Experience 1. NTC 2/Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 4 or 5 years working experience in M&E works & related field associated to building services.
3. Competence in troubleshooting electrical related and aircon faults.
4. Competence in performing a fire fighting team or Emergency Response Team when emergency arises.
5. Experience in leading a small team of Technicians.
6. Experience in healthcare environment is an added advantage.
