We are looking for a Product Operations Manager for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to join our Product Planning and Operations function. The Product Operations Manager works directly with and across all EBG product teams to standardize planning and processes, to surface and promote best practices, and to drive systematic improvement and change to help EBG Product to operate as effectively as possible.

Your main responsibilities
As Product Operations Manager you will help streamline planning, analysis, reporting, methods, tools, operations and process work across all product teams within the EBG.
Drive product teams to adopt a common, systematic approach to product excellence, and encourage them to follow processes, use tools and share best practices.
Support the VP of Product, and his product leaders, in the preparation for and during planning, strategy deployment, business reviews, and release cycle events.
Create automated and streamlined ways to capture goals, and to collect data on progress toward goals and outcomes across product teams.
Establish clear milestones with visible progress regularly to ensure timely product delivery.
Report goals, progress, and outcomes that go across product teams to the VP of Product, the EBG Chief and his team, and to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Streamline and optimize operational and process work within the Product organisation and aspire to automate everything.
Standardize processes that go across teams, such as prioritisation and workflow management, experimentation, user research, and data informed decision making.
Track adoption and measure performance of process changes and tools implemented by teams; help teams reinforce basics, distil and apply learning and progress toward mastery.
Manage escalations, get well programs and overall process improvement initiatives on behalf of the VP of Product.
Identify opportunities, propose / establish OKR to perform transformative change, and deep dive to drive continuous operational improvement.
Set up and maintain an EBG Product knowledge management process and system to capture tribal knowledge, and to streamline knowledge sharing within the team, and to the EBG/CX.
Organise departmentwide learning, knowledge sharing, sprint reviews, release demos, and team building sessions across all teams under EBG Product. Coordinate and communicate to promote information sharing and improve collaboration efficiency.​​​​​

The VP of Product, product leaders, and product teams across the EBG.
The EBG Chief and his executive leadership.
The Strategy & Planning; Finance and Operations; Transformation & Ops teams.
The Digital Office, Client Engagement and Client Experience (CX) teams.
Integrated Network Engineering (SHINE) and Information Services (IS).

You are able to cope with setbacks and shifts in priorities. You seek to learn and adapt, to inspire those working with you and then move forward together in a productive way.
You are able to support and motivate a team of product managers, with a strong sense for process improvement for product development lifecycle and organisational change.
You aim for running effective meetings and you know how to stay organised; you are not afraid to ask questions or for help.
You work with teams, you are part of a team, and you understand team dynamics. People may describe you as likeable, and you in general get along with people.
You have a good grasp of statistics and numbers, and you have hands-on experience with product development, process improvement, or managing projects.
You have good communication and presentation skills. You enjoy solving complex problems.
At least 7 years of experience in product management, product development, program management or process improvement, preferably at a software, tech or telco company.
A strong understanding of Agile principles and practices is expected. Having experience in Agile Product Development is a plus.
Experience bringing software / technology products and services to market preferred (either from a Product, GTM, or Digital Marketing or Strategy perspective)
Experience in leading continuous improvement and/or operational excellence activities and designing and delivering measurement standards, KPIs and dashboards
An AIPMM, Pragmatic, Brainmates, or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification is a plus.
Project management certifications, PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives, foster an environment where “winning as a team” is a way of life
Solid understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
Tertiary degree in Business Management, Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
