The role: You are an exceptional Product Marketing Manager with a desire to work with both large and small clientele in the travel/hospitality industry. You have a solid understanding of the nuts & bolts of digital advertising, with specific knowledge of programmatic display, behavioral targeting, performance advertising and the mobile ecosystem.
You have a customer-first mindset and are able to participate in client meetings and help sales executives present on our solutions. You understand exactly how our products work and can cover them at various levels of technical detail.
You have excellent stakeholder management instincts, and are able to listen empathetically to internal stakeholders in your region, and work directly with product managers to ensure that the inbound product requests from your region get prioritized appropriately.
You know how to properly define product solutions that address real customer pain points. You know how to craft features and benefits (and know how they are different from one another). You think in terms of speaking to real customers, addressing objections of the different personas along the sales cycle. You communicate expertly to explain and to convince.
You have a strong customer service orientation, and think about the needs/wants of both internal and external customers in your daily decision-making. You are a natural problem solver, have a “no excuses” mentality and generally maintain a positive outlook when difficulties arise. You have excellent time management skills, and possess the ability to focus intently on a given product or feature and work relentlessly to deliver the best solution.
What will you be doing?
As a Product Marketing Manager in the APAC region supporting large, sophisticated digital marketers and medium and small sized hoteliers, you will be personally responsible for making sure that the APAC sellers and account managers understand our products and have your help in speaking with clients about our solutions at an appropriate level of technical depth.
You will help to manage the product rollouts in APAC which will include: gathering customer feedback, managing alpha/beta programs, crafting regional-specific product messaging, go-to-market strategies and ongoing product support in-market.
You will participate in in-person sales calls, meeting clients and prospects, to explain our products and go deep on specific product capabilities.
You will work closely with Product and Marketing leaders to ensure a cohesive product narrative and provide input for both acquisition and retention strategies.
You will interface directly with commercial teams: GMs, sales leaders, account managers, partner managers, finance and advertising customers directly, collaborating on potential solutions and gathering feedback for new products and product features.
You will participate in cross-functional teams, comprised of leaders from multiple disciplines within the company, focused on the ongoing success of key product(s).
You will support our Sales and Operations teams through the creation, development, and maintenance of sales collateral, tools, and training material that enable sales to more effectively
You will strive to know and understand our customers and competitors better, by continually conducting customer interviews and seeking market feedback.

You will have:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Strong preference given for marketing or other business undergraduate degrees (BS, BBA). An MBA is highly desirable
3-5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in ad tech
Recent experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Specialist or Technical Account Manager in ad tech with strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and audience data
Samples of product rollouts that you have personally managed, or the ability to otherwise demonstrate personal excellence in this area
