Full Time Permanent Position: Admin Assistant (Order Processing / Customer Service / Sales Support)

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers
  • Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
  • Check all POs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct
  • Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met
  • Provide clear instructions to team upon receiving of customers PO
  • Monitor inventory stock level
  • Manage customer order fulfillment plans for on-time delivery
  • Any ad-hoc duty assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Customer service centric mindset is a must
  • Knowledge of cin7 software is a plus
  • Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications is a plus
  • Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software
  • Able to handle high volume of order processing
  • Experience with customer service is a plus


Working hours: 5-days work week (4 days on weekdays + 1 days on weekends 11am-8pm)
