Job Description:

This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to have direct influence and leadership in strategically transforming the way we do business across the Commercial Group. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication Asia Pacific, you will:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Customer Experience portfolio of products (primarily covering CRM, eCommerce and Contract Management areas).
  • Define, prioritize and execute on the roadmap.
  • Collaborate and engage with business stakeholders, internal IT partners and external 3rd parties to ideate, scope, design, test and deliver digital/tech enabled commercial transformation.
  • Build and lead an all-star multidisciplinary team to fulfil the vision.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to converge and align on recommendations and prioritization of the product backlog/s.
  • Challenge conventional thinking and champion customer/user centric design approaches to deliver digital products/solutions.
  • Establish KPIs (“what success looks like”) and track progress via continuous delivery.
  • Champion the AGILE transformation/culture change across Piaggio`s business partners (importers), providing guidance and coaching where necessary.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Have track record of leading, designing and delivering complex, large scale organizational transformation initiatives and cultural change, preferably across automotive or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of user research, business planning, product design and development methodologies.
  • Significant experience managing both consumer products as well as enterprise solutions.
  • Start-up mentality with track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Be strategic and have a forward thinking/growth mindset competency.
  • Have the ability to get things done based on analysis, facts/data and through collaboration and influence.
  • Have experience and knowledge of design thinking and understanding customer journeys.
  • Have understanding of the end-to-end contact/customer to cash process or the trade deal life cycle.
  • Very high energy and enthusiasm and the ability to drive large scale transformation.
  • Previous experience with products leveraging data science would be beneficial but is not essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
