Our client is an MNC in the chemical industry. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team on a 1 year contract basis with a high chance of a permanent position/renewable contract after the contractual period.
The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible to answer to customers' requests, process orders, maintain good working relationships with customers, attend to queries on products in a timely manner, resolve any matters pertaining to customers' complaints, complete month end closing reports, organize and maintain the filing system, etc.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service field in the oil & gas or chemical industry. Candidates who are certified customs declarant or have experience in terminalling and warehousing and are familiar with petrochemical operations will be highly preferred.
