Work you’ll do

Engage with IT team to support functional teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end user computing and service requirements are met.
Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft O365, iOS, Android, or any other authorized systems.
Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh or Win OS deployments / upgrades.
Min 2-3 years related working experiences in supporting 100 200 users.
Experience with image deployment using Microsoft SCCM, administering Active Directory and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Able to operate effectively in a team environment
Experience in supporting mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android mobiles/tablets, etc.
Familiar with basic network troubleshooting.
Certified in ITILv3, familiar with PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized
