Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the execution of our go-to-market strategy. This individual must enjoy working with people and love how technology, when applied well, can solve complex business challenges and bring immerse value and pleasure to people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage holistic go-to-market strategy, encompassing product development, partner onboarding and integration, marketing and operations
• Mobilise and drive internal teams towards delivery of products and solutions
• Oversee the agile development and delivery process
• Implement relevant systems and policies to enable operations at scale
• Work collaboratively with respective internal teams to coordinate and align cross-functional efforts
• Identify potential project risks or critical dependencies, and develop alternative pathways
• Develop and update project and milestone tracking dashboards
• Collaborate with other team members and all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, pivot and champion new ideas.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale program management in a technology company involving cross-functional teams from both technical and non-technical domains

• Experience with project management software e.g. Jira, Asana
• Must be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders in an agile manner.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Have a great love for people, design, data and tech.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in program management, project delivery or equivalent role
