Hiring company is a Singapore MNC that develops, owns, and manages a diverse portfolio spread of properties in residential, retail, commercial, business parks, logistics & industrial in Asia Pacific, Oceania, and Europe.

JOB TITLE: LEASING MANAGER, RETAIL

Report to: Management Team

Location: Singapore East Coast

Products: Real Estate / Property Management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing, formulating, and implementing strategies on tenancy mix to maximize rental and occupancy of the mall.

• Conducting market research, obtaining the latest rentals trends, and also the retail scene.

• Evaluating tenants’ proposals and identify new tenants or new market segment for the mall,

• Managing the lease agreements as well as reviewing the contract terms with solicitors.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or any other relevant disciplines.

• Obtained Real Estate Sales Person certification by CEA (PREFERRED).

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in retail mall leasing activities with an extensive network of contacts.

• Possess a strategic business outlook.

• Strong leadership skills to lead a team.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
