Key Responsibilities

• In-Charge for all settlement matters across all platforms (Lazada / Shopee / Qoo10 etc), reconciling payments and returns
• Issuing of Sales Order on Navision - Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Tallying of Sales Order with Items Issued by Warehouse
• Issuing of Billing to close Sales Order – Tallied with received money from platform
• Ensuring correct deduction of monies by platform (Vouchers / Platform Commissions + Shipping Fees)
• Reconciling return goods with Sales Order to ensure accurate billing
• Follow up with Credit Notes (CNs) and check platform on the status on return items
• Replying of Platform Instant Messaging Chats and liaising with Sales Admin on cancellation matters
• Assist in customer enquiries & business enquiries
• Any other ad hoc job assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Admin or Accounting
• Possess minimum 1 year working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is a plus.
• Experience in Navision is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and multi-task in fast pace working environment
• Good communication and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $1,800.00 per month

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

• Singapore (Required)
