What will your role be?

Working in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team, Internal Communication, Talent Acquisition teams, your missions are:

• Be a privileged global corporate PoC for all things people social media for GEOs based in Asia / EMEAR

• Set up monthly calls with GEO People Social Media champions to collect feedback/needs and share global updates and best practices

• Provide inputs to global on GEO needs in People Social Media and in Internal Communication

• Monitor GEO activities on People Social Media and ensure guidelines applications

• Create internal technical/skills e- learning curriculum, or curate trainings created by teams across network

• Support roll-out of global people social media communication campaigns in GEOs

• Be an active contributor about social media matters on 3DSwym communities

• Provide expertise and content insights to local employer branding managers (Talent Acquisition teams, advocates…)

• Contribute to the establishment of the worldwide internal communication network by sharing knowledge and know-how on communication mediums, tools and messages

Your key success factors

• Bachelor Degree

• Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, self-motivated, driven, creative and willing to learn and share ideas and opinions

• Tech-Savvy
